Past Spending Worksheet (Quarter Lifestyle Expenses)
You have to know what your spending habits are before you can adjust and make changes to them. This page is used to get an understanding of past spending and assess any changes that need to be made to fit the available income and to reduce credit card spending.
There are three months of total expenses (cash and credit card) for each expense category and a monthly average for each. It is encouraged to use this page before creating a budget as it will inform current spending behaviors.

When you plan out a budget, you’ll need a way to keep track of it. I provide 4 budget trackers that you can pick and choose which one works best for you. I provide months and lines for dates so you can use it as a weekly or monthly budget tracker!

Cash Envelope Breakdown
Using and budgeting cash for specific purchases is a great way to reduce overspending in your expense categories. The Cash Envelope Breakdown helps you figure out your cash denominations to withdraw from the bank.
Weekly Check-In
This page allows you to keep track of the the remaining balance within an expense category in a week and provides 5-weeks (one month) on a page.
